- ➤ Stark State College named Lindsey Loftus as its VP of advancement on Nov 3 while Walsh University's Michael Dunphy announced he will retire at the end of the 2025–26 academic year—Canton City Schools and the Canton Black Assistance Foundation launched a Volunteer Network to connect community members with students. - ➤ ODOT plowed roads after the first snowfall hit Northeast Ohio on Sunday night as rain had prevented road pre-treatment and warmer pavement temperatures reduced potential hazards; ODOT—Public Information Officer Amanda McFarland—advised drivers to leave extra space for plows and plan extra travel time, especially in the snowbelt areas.
