- ➤ A North Canton area man claimed a $1 million top prize from the Ohio Lottery on June 20 when he won $40,000 a year for 25 years on a VIP Millions scratch-off ticket purchased at Spee-D-Foods in Lake Township+ he chose the annuity option+ which nets him $28,800 a year after the 28% state and federal tax was deducted.
