- ➤ Gregory Moore, 51, waived his extradition hearing in Texas and will soon be transported by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department to Cleveland to face charges for the 2013 murder of Aliza Sherman — one count of aggravated murder, one count of conspiracy, six counts of murder, and two counts of kidnapping — with his arraignment scheduled for Friday in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
