- ➤ The Food and Drug Administration recalled bread sold at Ohio Giant Eagle stores after glass fragments were found on bread from Upper Crust Bakery sold between April 7 and April 12 (including Ancient Grains Hoagie rolls, Multigrain Sourdough rolls and Whole Grain Multigrain rolls). The recalled bread was distributed in Ohio and in Pennsylvania, California, Connecticut, Maryland and Delaware, and consumers are advised to discard or return any affected products. The Repository
