- ➤ First Financial Bank has acquired and rebranded Westfield Bank locations in Northeast Ohio, including the branch at 4809 Dressler Road NW. The rebranding premiered on March 16 and a new branch in Wadsworth opens in April with a $500,000 donation to support local charities. The Repository
- ➤ Dollar Tree will open 400 new stores and close 75 locations in fiscal 2026, but the company did not say if any Ohio sites will change. Ohio has 393 Dollar Tree stores (including one in New Carlisle opened in 2025) and local shoppers may see updates soon. The Repository

- ➤ Top Thrill 2 at Cedar Point and The Beast at Kings Island have been named among the most epic record-breaking rides in the U.S. by The Travel, and Cedar Point will open on May 9 & Kings Island will begin its season on April 18. The Repository
